Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to Akava’s online service and was prepared on 20 January 2026. The online service is governed by the Act on the Provision of Digital Services.
We introduced this online service at the end of 2025 after the site and image reform, and one of the goals of the site reform was to improve the accessibility of the content and service.
The accessibility of the online service is, in principle, level AA, but there may be deficiencies in older materials that have been transferred to the site.
External accessibility assessment
We are going to carry out an accessibility assessment with an external party by the end of 2026.

Supervisory authority
If you notice any accessibility issues on the site, please first send feedback to our site administrator. It may take up to 14 days for us to respond. If you are not satisfied with the answer you received or you do not receive a reply within two weeks, you can submit a complaint to Traficom. Traficom’s website provides detailed information on how a complaint can be submitted and how the matter will be handled.
